MACHINING

MACHINE SHOP
Arena Engineering boasts a Fully equipped, Modern Workshop capable of servicing all industries such as Mining, Aerospace, Earthmoving, Main Road, Rail to AS/NZS ISO 9001 Standards.
A diverse range of state of the art Machines and Equipment are available on site, a selection of machines are noted below:
  • 5 Axis Simultaneous Multitasking Universal Center with turning capabilities
  • CNC Lathe with Y Axis, Bar Feeder, Parts Catcher and Milling capabilities
  • CNC Automatic Lathe 5 meter capacity
  • CMM testing facilities onsite - calibrated annually
  • Manual and Automatic Milling Machines with CNC capabilities and a 2700 Table
  • Direct Digital Manufacturing - Programs utilized include: Auto Cad, 3D Cad Cam, Gibbs and VX which is capable of simultaneous 5 axis processing, these programs ensure the ability to accept direct digital data in most file formats.

FABRICATION

FABRICATION SHOP
Arena Engineering boasts a fully equipped, modern workshop capable of servicing all industries, including Mining, Aerospace, Earthmoving, Main Roads, Rail, in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001 Standards, with a particular specialization in Main Roads projects.
Our separate Metal Fabrication Workshop located at Blakey Street is a fully equipped Workshop with a 10 Tonne Crane and is capable of performing Mig, Tig and Arc Welding of all metals and Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium, Pulse, Double Pulse and Force Arc Welding capabilities are also available. We work closely with our client allowing us to understand and achieve their requirements.
Our qualified tradespersons manufacture a diverse range of new components and perform repair work on worn or damaged components to the highest standard.

FITTING

Our Fully trained staff carry out quality repairs and refurbishing work to mechanical equipment and Intricate Parts as required, with access to in-house machining & welding a quick turn around time is achieved.

MOBILE

MOBILE LINE BORING
Arena Engineering boasts a Fully equipped trailer mounted Mobile Line Boring Unit - including boring, facing and ID Welding Equipment allowing us to perform refurbishment and repairs to plant and equipment at customers preferred premises.
A fully equipped trailer includes MIG, TIG, and stick welding capabilities.
